VividHues Magazine cannot be held accountable for errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or falsifications made by contributors submitting content.

VHM makes an attempt to ensure that submissions are accurate and genuine, and that individuals are given proper recognition for their work; but has no way of validating the data or content provided by contributors. We somewhat have to rely on the fact that people are honest and not deceptive enough to maliciously steal or crib the copyrighted work of another individual in order to misrepresent it as their own.

VHM magazine is not responsible for making changes to any published content. If you find typo's or errors, we apologize for the inconvenience, but do not have the resources neccessary to accomodate change requests made by contributors. This would be an enormous amount of work. We're a free magazine that makes absolutely no money for promoting your work. Please be reasonable and understanding.

By submitting your work to VividHues Magazine, you authorize VHM to have electronic and print rights to your submitted content. You give us the authority to publish your content and information on any and all VHM media, including advertising; this includes VHM publications, VHM websites, and VHM promotions.

Individuals maintain copyrights to their original content but VHM has an exclusive copyright to all VHM media.

Contributors will always be given appropriate credit for their work when it is used by VHM.

We do not offer payment of any kind. This is a free, not for profit magazine.

Any submission either mailed or emailed to VividHues Magazine (VHM) presupposes that you have read the terms posted on our website (published and available to everyone to see) and accept them as is. You either passively or actively authorize us to publish the work you have sent us and release us from any and all liability. Period.
